Connecting Our Community To Christ

Angel Tree Ministry

We want to invite you to be a part of our Christmas Angel Project!

What is it?
We have partnered with Stanley Middle School and their guidance department in selecting families who are not able to provide a Christmas for their children.  You can help by sponsoring a child.

What does it mean to sponsor a child?
You will receive a child’s name and a list of items to buy.  These items include: shirt, pants, coat, socks, a pair of shoes and a toy(s).  We ask that all clothing items and shoes are bought along with a gift or two, depending on your budget and the price of gifts. All size information and toy preferences are listed on the form.

What do I do after I purchase the items?
1. Pray for your child and their family.
2. Scan the QR code on your sponsor from for a detailed version of your next steps.
3. Wrap each item and check it off on your sponsor form.  Also, list any additional items purchased on your form as well. This will help us make sure siblings are getting the same amount of items, if sponsored by different individuals.
4. Place all wrapped items in a large bag (can be a large trash bag) and staple your form to the outside.

Then what?
Refer to your sponsor form for important dates on when to have your gifts back to the church.

What if I can’t sponsor a child?
Feel free to partner with someone, or a few people.  Another way to have a part is to donate ANY amount.  These donations go toward items such as shampoo, towels, toiletries and other household items for each family. These are purchased and wrapped by volunteers in our church.

Most of all, your prayers are what make ministries like this successful!
